Frequently Asked Questions About Services

Yes. We clean most finished and unfinished leathers, including pigmented, semi‑aniline and aniline leather on sofas, chairs, ottomans and auto/office seating. If a piece has a delicate or specialty finish that requires a different process, we’ll let you know before we start.

Time depends on the number and size of pieces and their condition. A standard sofa and a couple of chairs typically take 1–2 hours to inspect, clean and condition; larger sectionals or heavily soiled items may require additional time. We’ll provide an estimate when you book.

 

There is no additional charge for travel within our regular service area. For locations outside that area, a small travel fee may apply to cover time and fuel, and it will always be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Please remove personal items, throws and cushions that aren’t attached, and make sure we have clear access around each piece. We’ll handle the rest, including protecting nearby flooring and surrounding items as needed.

Our service focuses on cleaning, conditioning and light restoration of appearance. We can often reduce surface wear and improve dull, dry areas, but deep cracks, peeling finishes or major color loss usually require a leather repair or re‑dye specialist. If we see damage beyond cleaning, we’ll point it out and advise you on the best next steps.
